A limited run of Ratna Raga, poured at Ner.lu to the recipe Edén Uriel brewed it with in competition.
Edén Uriel walked a room at Ner.lu through the recipe he used to brew Ratna Raga, a Ratnagiri Estate coffee roasted by Coffee Ideas of Auroville. He broke the brew down into A/B comparisons: filter paper, grind size, brewer, water and minerals. Ner.lu then served a limited run of the coffee to his recipe. Coffee Ideas calls its Ratna Raga Competition Lot the highest-scoring coffee at India's National Brewers Cup 2026.
